Special discounts offered by The Ojai Retreat to our group:

If you'd like to enjoy the convenience and comfort of staying onsite during the retreat and take advantage of a big discount, call the Ojai Retreat and book your room today.

The Ojai Retreat is generously offering special room rates for our group, and there are enough rooms that, with room sharing, most everybody who will be coming from of town may be able to stay onsite during the retreat.

Participants staying at the Ojai Retreat have a breakfast buffet included, which will be available from 7:30 to 9:00 am in the breakfast area (main house). The kitchen at the Ojai Retreat is not available to guests. Each guest room has a small fridge and a microwave.

If all 12 rooms are booked by retreat participants, we will have the whole property to ourselves. With all rooms occupied by 2 people, they can accommodate a total of 25 people (one of the bigger rooms can accommodate 3 people).

 

  These special discounts only apply if you book a room for at least 4 nights (November 11 through November 14).

1. The Ojai Retreat is offering the following generous discounts to our group:
   
   
   • 10% discount on 4 of the rooms
   • 20% discount on 6 of the rooms
   • 30% discount on 2 of the rooms

   For all participants to receive these special discounts, all 12 rooms must be booked by September 30, 2012 and remain booked until the beginning of the retreat.  If there is a cancellation and the room is not occupied during the retreat, these discounts will not apply. Credit cards will only be charged at arrival, but they prefer payment in US checks or cash. If ou have any questions about this, please call Clare at the Ojai Retreat office: +1 (805) 646-2536. 



2. These discounts are based on January 2011 rates. Room rates are scheduled to increase by 10% in the spring of 2012 so, when booking a room, you will already be saving 10% because prices will go up by 10% in the spring.
   
   
3. If you can afford to, please take one of the more expensive rooms, so that those who can afford less may take the less expensive rooms. Sharing a room is also a great option that allows for even lower rates.
   
   
4. This offer allows prices from $37.50 per person/night (if room is shared) to $100 per person/night (if room is shared).
   
   
5. The rates include full breakfast and daily tea and coffee.
   
   
6. The 10% Ojai city bed tax is waived because The Ojai Retreat is a non-profit organization.
   
   
7. Guests who book extra nights before or after the retreat will receive a 15% discount per night (on all rooms, based on regular prices).
   
   

 

Breakfast

A breakfast buffet will be served between 7:30 am and 9:00 am.

 

Guest Room cleaning

Rooms with 10% discount get daily room service.

Rooms with 20% discount get room service after 2 nights.

Rooms with 30% get no room service.

 

Cancellation policy

Rooms need to be booked by September 30, 2012.

No charge if cancelled before October 30, 3012.

No refund after October 30, 2011 UNLESS someone else books the room.

All of our meetings and events are always free of charge. All are welcome, with no regard for religious and spiritual beliefs and practices or any other thing.

Although our events are free of charge, they are certainly not free of cost. The money needed for this work must come entirely from the generosity and compassion of those who, like us, have seen for themselves the immense good that can come from spreading this good news to all humanity.
