Downloading Your Audio or Video files

When we receive your payment a receipt will be generated automatically containing your download link. You will receive an email similar to the one below.

Click on the icon with a green arrow highlighted by the black marker. This will take you to our website.

NOTE: If the preview pane in your email program does not show html, click on the email to open it so you can see the icon.

 

 

Another option is to click here to our webstore directly.

 

Fill in the fields in Account Login and click on LOGIN:

 

 

This will bring you here. Click on the link Click here to continue:

 

 

This will take you to the store homepage.

Click on the link Files highlighted with a black marker in the picture below (on the blue menu bar).

 

 

This will take you to your personal Files page. Here's a picture of what it will look like:

 

 

All audio and video files you purchase will be listed here for you. You can redownload each one at any time - up to 5 times each file.

Simply click on the links and save the files on your computer. If this does not work, try right-clicking on the link and clicking on "Save Link As" to save the file on your computer.
