How soon will my order ship?

All orders are shipped by USPS within 2-5 days of receiving your order.  You will receive an email when your order ships. Delivery time will depend on your choice of shipping method.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. You will receive an email confirming that it has been charged.

Can I make a purchase if I do not have a credit card?

You can place your order and select [check] (American banks only, please) as your method of payment. You will receive an email with instructions.
Your order will be shipped when we receive your payment.

What is included in the total price?

Total prices include:

1. item price
2. sales tax (only for California residents)
3. postage
4. a small shipping & handling fee ($1)

What shipping methods are available?

All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service. These are the shipping methods available:

Domestic (available only within the United States)

First-Class Mail®

• The least expensive, most immediate way of mailing light items.
• Mail can weigh up to 13 ounces; for heavier items, you must select Priority Mail®.
• Takes anywhere from 3-10 days to arrive.

Priority Mail®

• Mail is delivered in an average of 2-3 days.
• Delivery to all U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and military addresses.
• Saturday and residential delivery are available.

Express Mail®

• Next-day delivery is guaranteed by noon or 3 p.m. to many U.S. destinations.
• Delivery to most U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and military addresses.
• Saturday and residential delivery are available.
• Includes proof of delivery and tracking information.

International (all other countries)

Global Express Guaranteed®

• Date certain delivery.
• Available to thousands of destinations around the world.
• Tracking available online.
• May take 3-5 days to arrive, depending on the destination country.

Express Mail International®

• Day Certain delivery.
• Available to thousands of destinations around the world.
• Tracking available online.
• May take 5-7 days to arrive, depending on the destination country.

Priority Mail International®

• May take 2 weeks or more to arrive, depending on the destination country.
• No tracking or delivery confirmation available.
